A thousand splendid suns is the story of Mariam & Laila, two Afghani women. The story happens in Kabul, Afghanistan like in ‘The Kite Runner’ the first book of Khaled Hosseini. I’ve read both, but this book is really something. This is what I felt after reading the book.

“No longer am I sad that I wasn’t born as a boy

But now I’m happy cos

I Am A Girl And I Can Still Live LIFE The Way It Is Now!!”
